On the box it says view the training video at your web site. I have tried twice with two email addresses(gary_bath@hotmail.com & grybath@yahoo.ca) and never recieved a password for either. When I try to retrieve my password, it says you wouldn't accept the mail. Is this so you don't have to honor the warranty or just an infeiror web site, or maybe just to much traffic.
